What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 15 days if unopened. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at mailbox@rosyblueberry.com. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or issues.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away - we'll make it right.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method automatically - though your bank or credit card company may take a few additional days to process it on their end.
